Delivery Policy

We currently only accept online orders from the UK. For overseas orders please contact us directly for details.

UK Customers

Orders that are in stock and placed before 3PM will be dispatched within 7 working days, If an item iis not in stock it may take up to 30 days to arrive. Most parcels are sent via royal mail recorded delivery ( Large or heavy orders may be sent via another courier.) We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that arrive late due to the wrong address being provided, so please ensure these details are correct whilst making your order. A signature will be required when your parcel arrives. If you wish to track your order please contact us and we will send you your tracking number. All prices are quoted in UK sterling and include VAT.

Delivery Costs

Postage and packaging costs are typically calculated on the total order amount, however large or heavy items may have exceptions. The total amount of postage is shown in the shopping cart before you checkout.

You have legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt please see returns for details.

Returns policy

We will happily exchange a product if is returned in it's original packaging within 7 days of receipt, however dbxclusive will not be responsible for any additional postage costs. If you are thinking about exchanging an item please fill in the form provided with the order. We only offer a refund on items returned in their original condition within 7 working days.

Damaged items

Any items damaged during transit MUST be reported within 24 hours or as soon as possible the next working day by phoning us on (01244 881400) or e-mailing dave@dbxclusive.co.uk  .

Privacy Policy

All orders are securely processed by PAYPAL. Dbxclusive do not store any of your financial details. We may use you E-mail address from time to time to E-mail you about new Dbxclusive products however we will not share your e-mail address with any 3rd party.
